Professional, Clinical and Workplace Supervision

Collaborative reflection and learning acoss all areas of clinical and workplace practice ...

Supervision is practiced within a confidential relationship between a supervisor and worker in the health or helping professions.

It offers the professional an opportunity for supportive reflection on all areas of their practice. Through this, management, relational and clinical effectiveness are increased, professional development is achieved and client safety and supervisee wellbeing is maximised.

We are particularly interested in how supervision has developed into a discipline which operates across different professions. We are both trained and experienced in delivering these services. We offer supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists, nurses, teachers, social workers, and people in a range of other workplaces where team leaders, managers and clinicians are interested in developing skills and insight into their work and management practice.
